RECORDS COORDINATOR (ST. LOUIS)
Polsinelli Shughart PC, a regional law firm with headquarters in Kansas City, Missouri is seeking a Records Coordinator for the St. Louis office. Position will be responsible for:
Maintaining paper files and e-files in the Records Center and case rooms throughout office
Creating new files and generating all materials from LegalKey
Working closely with other Records Team members, attorneys, office administrator and other office staff to ensure all work is done.
Handle all aspects of records tasks
Successful candidates will have experience in Toxic Tort/Asbestos or heavy litigation records experience.
Experience in electronic document management. Ability to lift approximately 50 pounds, and a positive attitude. Must have high attention to detail, high energy, good customer service skills, ability to solve problems, strong organizational skills and be willing to work as part of a team and independently. Experience with LegalKey, Microsoft Word/Excel, and Outlook highly desirable.
