RECORDS COORDINATOR (ST. LOUIS) 

Polsinelli Shughart PC, a regional law firm with headquarters in Kansas City, Missouri is seeking a Records Coordinator for the St. Louis office. Position will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining paper files and e-files in the Records Center and case rooms throughout office
  • Creating new files and generating all materials from LegalKey
  • Working closely with other Records Team members, attorneys, office administrator and other office staff to ensure all work is done.
  • Handle all aspects of records tasks

    Successful candidates will have experience in Toxic Tort/Asbestos or heavy litigation records experience.
    Experience in electronic document management. Ability to lift approximately 50 pounds, and a positive attitude. Must have high attention to detail, high energy, good customer service skills, ability to solve problems, strong organizational skills and be willing to work as part of a team and independently. Experience with LegalKey, Microsoft Word/Excel, and Outlook highly desirable.
